6-Month Plant Warranty

At Maple Brook Nursery, we take great pride in the quality of our plants and want you to enjoy healthy, thriving plants in your home or garden. We offer a 6-Month Warranty on plants purchased from our nursery, giving you peace of mind with your purchase. Below are the terms and conditions of this warranty:

Warranty Coverage:

This warranty covers all plants purchased from Maple Brook Nursery against defects in plant health or condition at the time of purchase. If the plant dies or shows significant signs of deterioration within 6 months, we will provide a replacement, based on the plant's specific condition.

Exclusions:

Improper Care: Plants that fail due to improper watering, overwatering, underwatering, exposure to extreme temperatures, or neglect are not covered under this warranty.
Environmental Factors: The warranty does not cover damage caused by extreme weather, pests, or animals, nor does it apply to plants that are not suitable for the local climate or environment.
Planting and Maintenance: This warranty does not cover damage that results from incorrect planting or failure to follow care instructions provided at the time of purchase.
No warranty on Fruit trees and bushes, ornamental grasses and perennials

Warranty Process:

Notification: If your plant experiences significant issues or dies within 6 months of purchase, please contact us at 814 944-8151 as soon as possible.
Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide a receipt or order confirmation to process the warranty claim.
Inspection: We may request photographs of the plant and the plant itself to assess the issue.
Replacement or Refund: Upon approval of the warranty claim, we will offer either:
- A replacement plant of the same variety and size (subject to availability and price change).
